SELF  INTROSPECTION
JAI  NAMAH  SHIVAYA
well  we  all  know  there  is  a difference  between atma  and  antar  atma.the  inner  mind  is true  and always  leads  us  to  right  path.most  of us  don't  listen to  it.  so  we  must  try  to follow  our inner  mind.
consider  any  great  eminent  saints  eg  ramana maharshi  .people  could  not understand  him.he  had first  thinked  WHO  I  AM?  WHAT  AM I  FOR  HERE? WHY  I  AM  LEADING  LIFE? If  we  question  ourselves    whats  the  answers.According to me  the  answer  is  worldy  desires.  Most  of   us  die  for  material wealth.
JANMA(BIRTH)-The  cause  for birth  mainly  depends  on  2  factors
1.desire
2.previous  works
DESIRE-  the  unfulfilled  desires  can cause  birth.or  having  any desire  can give  u  birth.
Previous  works-the  previous  papa  and  punya  of uuu  is  also responsible  for  birth.
DEATH-There  is  no death for  atma.only  death  is  change  of bodies.
BIRTH -DEATH-REBIRTH-Generally  any  person is  affected  by  this  cycle.atma  pariksha  can  be  able  to lead  us to moksha.
ATMA  PARIKSHA-Its  the  self  analysis.we  need  to lead  a  meaningful life.what ever  might be the work u do.u  shall  be  in it.first  think  about  urself.don't  think great  about  urself.there  are  many  people  greater  than uuu.we  r  only  stones  in front  of  a big  mountains.we  have  a lot to learn .
SELF  CONTROL-This  is  to control  our   mind.achieving  this  is  most difficult .if we  achieve  it  no one  can stop us  from reaching  god.  our  mind  is  always running  with some  or  other  thoughts  and desires.  we  will  not stick  to  one word.we   always  think  and compare  with  others.we  always  tend our  minds  for mindly  pleasures.as  said  previously  think  about  urself   WHO  AM I?  
Self  analysis  gives  us better results .
Truly  saying  to  people  even  i  am  also  trying  to  do  what  i  am  writing .

IrNTRODUCTION "Who am I?" is the title given to a set of questions and answers bearing on Self-enquiry. The questions were put to Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi by one Sri M. Sivaprakasam Pillai about the year 1902. Sri Pillai, a graduate in Philosophy, was at the time employed in the Revenue Department of the South Arcot Collectorate. During his visit to Tiruvannamalai in 1902 on official work, he went to Virupaksha Cave on Arunachala Hill and met the Master there. He sought from him spiritual guidance, and solicited answers to questions relating to Self-enquiry. As Bhagavan was not talking then, not because of any vow he had taken, but because he did not have the inclination to talk, he answered the questions put to him by gestures, and when these were not understood, by writing. As recollected and recorded by Sri Sivaprakasam Pillai, there were fourteen questions with answers to them given by Bhagavan. This record was first published by Sri Pillai in 1923, along with a coup

JAI  NAMAH SHIVAYA-the name itself gives a lot of energy to us.this photo is a jyotir linga of lord shiva.its mahakal  in ujjain.this is one of most powerful ideal of lord. Bhakti-one should  have interest in praying lord.it may be   chanting his names,singing songs on lord,meditating him. Aim-one should work this body as  instrument of lord.we should able to see  god in every thing ,every work and everyone.
